Low-budget, crudely humorous Space Opera. In the year 3008, the Intergalactic Federation Police Cruiser Infinity is sent on a mission to retrieve a powerful blue crystalline artefact, the Blue Star. The titular Galaxina is a sentient Robot with human feelings, played by former Playboy Playmate Stratten. The film attempts Satire of Flash Gordon, Star Trek, Star Wars, Alien and other popular culture targets, with varying degrees of success. It was a nominee for the Stinkers Bad Movie Awards for the least "special" special effects in 1980; but on a more positive note, won the Audience Award at the Brussels International Festival of Fantasy Film in 1983.
