(? - ) Canadian author, resident in Japan where his Near Future Jubilee Cycle sequence, beginning with Cash Crash Jubilee (2015), is set, in a Cyberpunk-inflected Dystopian Tokyo. In a world where all human actions have been turned into intellectual property owned by corporations, the protagonist finds himself charged for insanely expensive behaviours he did not commit. The plot, which soon thickens, may give him an escape from liquidation as the series progresses. [JC]
