Of sf interest is the Planet Nerak sequence of romantic Space Opera tales beginning with Close Encounters of the Sexy Kind (2007), in which Mala, a sex-hungry woman from another world bored by Sex with Robots, becomes attracted to the men of Earth; in subsequent volumes, other women from the planet Nerak follow Mala to Earth, and find out why she went there. In the Princes of Symtaria sequence opening with The Jaguar Prince (2010), hunky male Shapeshifters from another world similarly involve themselves with Earth-based heroines. [JC/DRL]
