(?   -    ) Australian anthologist, publisher and author, in the UK from before 2000, who began publishing work of genre interest with "An Unburdening of the Soul" in Pandemonium: Stories of the Smoke (anth 2012) edited by Anne C Perry and Jared Shurin, one of an assortment of tales about London (see Horror in SF). To the Pax Britannia Shared World sequence he has contributed Pax Britannia: The Ultimate Secret (2013 ebook), which is set in an Alternate History Steampunk world where two empires, Magna Britannia and The Ultimate Reich, duly contest the planet; Vampires intervene. Thomas is of interest for his Original Anthologies, including Two Hundred and Twenty-One Baker Streets: An Anthology of Holmesian Tales Across Time and Space (anth 2014) (see Sherlock Holmes), Monstrous Little Voices: New Tales from Shakespeare's Fantasy World (anth 2016) with Jonathan Oliver (see William Shakespeare), Dracula: Rise of the Beast (anth 2018) (see Bram Stoker), and Not So Stories (anth 2018). The latter, in which a wide range of writers of colour reconfigure the Imperialist vision of Africa embedded in Rudyard Kipling's Just So Stories for Little Children (coll 1902), is of considerable interest.
