Contributors

Tagged: Prelim

Each contributor to this encyclopedia may be identified by his or her initials, as tabulated against his or her full name below. Roughly half of the contributors themselves receive entries in this book, and are listed below with their surnames marked as normal hyperlinks to their entries. Brief descriptions of other contributors appear below the list. Names are preceded by the encyclopedia edition or editions to which they have contributed: thus those marked [1] are responsible only for material retained from the first edition, and those marked [2] likewise for the second edition, while those marked [3] appear newly in the third. Combinations like [1/2/3] or [2/3] should be self-explanatory.
